I think Tasek Brasseire at Radisson Hotel serves just the right amount of items on it’s Sungkai buffet. Must try dishes would be the Sup Kambing Berempah, Pais Ikan, Traditional Bubuk Lambok Kambing , Roti Potato Masala and (my personal favorite), Whole Lamb marinated Arabian Style.

It’s definitely value for money. They also served Satay, BBQ Chicken/Lamb/Fish and also Mee Rebus. There is a free flow of cordial/soft drinks and of course it wouldn’t be complete without some Teh Tarek to enjoy the delicious desserts with. I truly enjoyed the experience.  

The Sungkai buffet is available from 6pm-1030pm and cost B$23 (plus 10% service charge) per person. I’m there is 10 paying adults on one receipt, the 11th is free. You can also make use of their Mutiara Ballroom if you have a group of more than 30 persons breaking fast. For reservations, you can call 2244272.
